Perth has again blitzed the field in the top 10 world's most liveable cities by ranking eighth for the second consecutive time according to a report released today.
The top 10 cities:
Melbourne (Australia), Vienna (Austria), Vancouver(Canada), Toronto (Canada), Calgary (Canada), Sydney (Australia), Helsinki (Finland), Perth (Australia), Adelaide (Australia), Auckland (New Zealand)
The bottom 10 cities:
