Friends of the Art Gallery of WA have partnered with ASA Cultural Tours for the ASA International Scholars Series, which brings leading scholars to Perth on an annual basis. At the beginning of August visiting presenter, Dr Iain Shearer will be in Perth for just two days to lecture on the history, tales and arts of the Middle Eastern empires. Previously of the British Museum, Iain is passionate about sharing the wealth of stories and history from the Middle East and we’d warmly welcome members of Persian community to attend the below lecture
